Fun Facts

This trip was in celebration of my Mom and Dad's 40th Wedding Anniversary.

The volcano which erupted in 2010 is called "Eyjafjallajökull". Icelanders found it hilarious when the world's media attempted (with varied success) to pronounce the volcano's name.

The most famous food stand in Iceland is called Bæjarins Beztu Pylsur, they sell hot dogs, and Bill Clinton ate there.

Our three stops in Europe were my sister and my favourite spots from our previous Europe trips: Paris, Florence and Cinque Terre.
